Registration Fees
(All are non-refundable):
Inital Registration (Due at the time of enrollment)

Yearly Registration (Due Annually to RCN in May)
This is an annual registration fee due in the spring for continuing your child in the toddler, preschool, and school-age programs.
Toddler/Preschool/School-Age $30.00 per child
Summer Camp Registration $5.00 per child per 1 week session
LATE ROOM FEE: $5 after 5:30 p.m., increasing by $5 every 15 minutes. The clock in the late room classroom will be used to determine fee charge.
Tuition Payments
- Tuition is collected for all days the Center is opened regardless of whether a child is in attendance or not.
- RCN's policy is that tuition must be paid by the Monday of the week that services are rendered. A reminder notice is sent followed by a last day notice if payment has not been received within seven (7) days of the reminder notice.
- If you are making your tuition payment by check please deposit the check in the "Check Box" outside the Main Office. If it is necessary that you have a receipt please leave a note with your check and a receipt will be forwarded.
- Cash payments are received in the Business Office between the hours of 8:00 am - 5:00 p.m. (5:30 p.m. on Fridays). Please have exact amount of payment, as the Business Office does not keep change.
- Late payment policy: Any parent whose tuition account is 2 weeks overdue will be charged a $10.00 per week, per family late fee until they are paying on schedule according to RCN's tuition policy (as stated in #2).
Tuition Increases
Annual tuition and fee increases typically occur in October for all programs unless otherwise noted.
