Lynn M. Lubecki, Ed. D. brings more than 20 years of early childhood education expertise and passion to Rochester Childfirst Network to continue our tradition of providing quality services to young children and their families.
Dr. Lubecki has hands on experience with multiple aspects of services provided provided within our network, including in-home child care and special education. She has worked in a variety of early childhood programs, including a position in Leeds, England. Dr. Lubecki’s diverse experiences uniquely equip her to administer RCN’s high quality programs through a multi-cultural lens.
Dr. Lubecki was RCN’s Director of Children’s Programs for four years prior to becoming Executive Director. She provided program and practice leadership for our staff of child care professionals. Throughout her tenure, she actively worked with an array of early childhood educators, parents, community leaders, and organizations dedicated to improving the quality and accessibility of early childhood education.
Dr. Lubecki holds a BA in Early Childhood Education, an MS in Inclusive Early Childhood Education and finished her education doctorate in Executive Leadership in May 2015. Dr. Lubecki resides in the City of Rochester and has two children, John and Angela. She credits her success to a loving family who understands the power of investing in the children.

Dan Murty has been with RCN as a Special Education teacher for the past nine years. He is dedicated and has the skills and knowledge base that allows him to keep Children’s Programs aligned with RCN’s mission and vision, while providing guidance and support to all teaching teams. Mr. Murty received his Masters in Early Childhood Education. He is a trusted and respected member of the RCN family and holds himself to high standards. Mr. Murty is married and has three beautiful daughters, Molly, Kate and Lauren. He lives in Rochester.
Nancy Consol, MS. Ed. Director of Special Education (SMILE)

Nancy Consol is the Director of Special Education at RCN. She has been active in the Rochester area as an Early Intervention and Preschool Special Education Teacher and Evaluator for two decades. Nancy has a Bachelor’s degree in Special Education from Syracuse University and a Master’s degree from University of Connecticut in Special Education and C.A.S. in Educational Administration from SUNY Brockport. Growing up with an older sister who had developmental disabilities, Nancy knows the value of inclusive communities. She feels right at home as a member of the broad, inclusive family at RCN. Nancy serves on the Board of the Flower City Down Syndrome Network and is a Team Coordinator of Rochester Cares volunteer organization. She is married and has 3 wonderful adult children.
Amy McBride, Director of Family Child Care and Professional Development
Amy McBride joined Rochester Childfirst Network (RCN) in August as a Professional Development Specialist in the Family Child Care department. In October, Ms. McBride was promoted to the role as Director of Family Child Care. She comes to RCN with 10 years in the early childhood field. She holds a Master’s Degree from Canisius College in Buffalo, NY in Literacy Education as well a Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education. Her expertise in coaching and training make her an asset to both Family Child Care and RCN as a whole. She is the mother of two children, ages 5&7 and enjoys spending her free time baking and in the great outdoors.
Diana Webb, Coordinator of Family Childcare Satellites of Greater Rochester

Diana Webb, has been in the field of Early Care and Education for over 30 years, she represents RCN on inter-agency projects whose goals are to increase the quality of care offered in nearly 900 licensed and registered family child care homes. Diana offers one-on-one in-home training and presents a series of workshops towards accreditation through the National Association for Family Child Care (NAFCCand the Child Development Associate Credential (CDA) .
Diana and Bill, her husband, of 41 years have two adult children and 2 grandchildren. Diana is a current lecturer and workshop presenter at local, state and national conferences.
Jeanine Battermann, Director of Finance

Jeanine Battermann has been with Rochester Childfirst Network (RCN) for 8 years. Jeanine graduated with her degree in Accounting and continues her career path bringing her diverse knowledge and expertise to the field. Jeanine has accepted the position as the Director of Finance. When she is not at RCN, she spends time with her six children. Jeanine also volunteers at the East Avon Volunteer Fire Department and is the Treasurer for the Rochester Touristen Verein.

Jeffrey Hoffman has over 20 years of experience in nonprofit management, fund development and public relations. Much of his service has been in higher education including Keuka College, Finger Lakes Community College, New York Chiropractic College and Cayuga Community College. Jeff earned his B.A. in mathematics at SUNY Cortland and his masters in Business and Policy Studies/Nonprofit Management from Empire State.
Jeff’s development work has included everything from annual funds to capital campaigns to planned giving. He has securing million-dollar gifts from individuals as well as nationally based foundations. He serves as a consultant to not-for-profit organizations, having presented workshops on fund development and nonprofit management across the U.S. and in Canada. Jeff lives locally with his wife Debbie, and they have three children Sam, Sean and Sarah.

Mike was born in Sheridan, WY and has lived in Nebraska, California, Montana, New Jersey, and currently lives in Rochester, NY. He moved to Rochester in August, 2013 after his girlfriend got her PhD in toxicology at Rutgers University, and accepted a position at the U of R. Mike is an avid fan of Star Wars, Dungeons and Dragons, and video games. He enjoys creative writing and is about to publish his first book. Mike has worked with Rochester Childfirst Network since November, 2013 and has enjoyed working with all of his awesome children and colleagues.
