Lynn M. Lubecki, Ed. D. brings more than 20 years of early childhood education expertise and passion to Rochester Childfirst Network to continue its tradition of providing quality services to young children and their families.
Dr. Lubecki has hands-on experience with multiple aspects of services provided within our network, including in-home child care and special education. She has worked in a variety of early childhood programs, including a position in Leeds, England. Dr. Lubecki’s diverse experiences uniquely equip her to administer RCN’s high quality programs through a multi-cultural lens.
Dr. Lubecki was RCN’s Director of Children’s Programs for four years prior to becoming Executive Director. She provided program and practice leadership for our staff of child care professionals. Throughout her tenure, she actively worked with an array of early childhood educators, parents, community leaders, and organizations dedicated to improving the quality and accessibility of early childhood education.
Dr. Lubecki holds a BA in Early Childhood Education, an MS in Inclusive Early Childhood Education and finished her education doctorate in Executive Leadership in May 2015. Dr. Lubecki resides in the City of Rochester and has two children, John and Angela. She credits her success to a loving family who understands the power of investing in children.

Pat comes to RCN with over 30 years of experience in teaching, curriculum development, advocacy, and educational administration. She graduated from St. John Fisher College with a Master’s degree in Educational Leadership with an SAS certification. Pat and her husband live in Honeoye Falls and have two grown children. In fact, her oldest son, Cooper attended the SMILE program 20 + years ago!

Sabrina Moore comes to us from the Strong Center for Developmental Disabilities (SCDD) since September 2014. Her work largely centered on policy analysis, developing and overseeing communications marketing and system advocacy activities for SCDD. She has an undergraduate degree in Public Administration and advanced degrees in Community Service Administration & Human Development with a concentration in family studies. Sabrina supported family child care providers through the oversight of the Child Care Dollars program at the Children’s Institute.
Jeff Hoffman, Director of Development

Jeffrey Hoffman has over 20 years of experience in nonprofit management, fund development and public relations. Much of his service has been in higher education including Keuka College, Finger Lakes Community College, New York Chiropractic College and Cayuga Community College. Jeff earned his B.A. in mathematics at SUNY Cortland and his masters in Business and Policy Studies/Nonprofit Management from Empire State.
Jeff’s development work has included everything from annual funds to capital campaigns to planned giving. He has secured million-dollar gifts from individuals as well as nationally based foundations. He serves as a consultant to not-for-profit organizations, having presented workshops on fund development and nonprofit management across the U.S. and in Canada. Jeff lives locally with his wife Debbie, and they have three children Sam, Sean and Sarah.

Amy comes to RCN with 12 years of progressive human resources experience and recently supported Vertus Charter School, Durst Image Technology & The Hilton Hotel.

Mike was born in Sheridan, WY and has lived in Nebraska, California, Montana, New Jersey, and currently lives in Rochester, NY. He moved to Rochester in August, 2013 after his girlfriend got her PhD in toxicology at Rutgers University, and accepted a position at the U of R. Mike is an avid fan of Star Wars, Dungeons and Dragons, and video games. He enjoys creative writing and has published his first book. Mike has worked with Rochester Childfirst Network since November, 2013 and has enjoyed working with all of his awesome children and colleagues.
