Special Education Teacher (temporary)
  • Work with preschool students as part of our Successful Milestones in Learning Environments (SMILE) Program, collaborating with a teaching team to plan and implement developmentally appropriate instruction aligned with each child’s IEP
  • Responsibilities include monitoring and documenting student progress, supporting positive behavior strategies, partnering with families and school districts, and maintaining a safe, engaging classroom environment that meets NYS OCFS and Department of Education requirements.
  • Full-time temporary position with potential to become permanent.
  • Requires a Master’s degree and NYS B-2 Special Education certification; early childhood experience preferred.
 
Teaching Assistant (multiple positions available; full time and part time)
  •  Assists lead teacher in classroom with supervision and care of children.
