At Rochester Childfirst Network (RCN), our Leadership Team is dedicated to ensuring that every child and family we serve receives the highest quality care, education, and support. Together, this team manages the daily operations of our organization, oversees the implementation of our strategic plan, and upholds the values that have guided RCN for more than 160 years.

Working in close partnership with our Board of Directors, the Leadership Team provides direction, accountability, and innovation across every area of our organization—from early childhood education and family child care to facilities management, staff development, and community partnerships.

Each member brings unique expertise and a shared commitment to helping children reach their full potential, supporting families, and strengthening the systems that make our community thrive.
